She is particularly effective at organisation redesign, introducing new ways of working, relocation and redundancy programmes.
Fiona works with chief executives and top teams to develop strategic vision and direction and then convert it into reality with measurable results. . She works as a facilitator of strategic outcomes, and as a team and personal coach. She is skilled in building organisational and personal capability so that the results she delivers are embedded in practice and behaviour.
Fiona is equally at home working with representative groups, customers and the public. She has a particular interest in reducing inequalities and promoting independence.
Fiona has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring. She specialises in coaching people in isolated positions. Her clients include chairs, chief executives, members of top teams and people in specialist roles.
